This policy explains what information Top12ForexBrokers.com collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Top12ForexBrokers.com ("we", "us", "this site") publishes broker comparisons, reviews, and educational content about forex and CFD trading. This policy covers the information collected when you visit the site, use the contact form, or click through to a broker via one of our referral links. It doesn't cover the practices of the brokers or other third-party sites we link to (see section 6 below).
Information you provide directly. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, so we can respond to your inquiry.
Standard web server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical data on every request, things like IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This is standard server-operation data used for security and troubleshooting, not for building individual visitor profiles.
Referral link data. When you click a "Visit" button, you're routed through a redirect page that forwards you to the relevant broker's website. That broker will receive standard referral data (such as the fact that you arrived via our site) so they can attribute the signup appropriately. We do not receive your personal information back from the broker as a result of this.
Local click counts. Our referral redirect also logs a click count to your browser's local storage, purely so we can show a basic tally on our own internal stats page. This data stays on your device: it is not transmitted to us or to any third party, isn't tied to your identity, and is cleared if you clear your browser storage.
This site does not currently set its own cookies or use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, if we add an analytics platform to understand site traffic), we'll update this section to name the tool and explain what it tracks before it goes live.
We use the information described above to: respond to messages sent through the contact form; keep the site secure and diagnose technical issues; attribute referral signups to the correct broker partner; and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
This site contains links to third-party broker websites, some of which are referral/affiliate links that may earn us a commission if you sign up (see our Advertiser Disclosure for detail). Once you leave our site, that third party's own privacy policy applies: we don't control, and aren't responsible for, how they handle your data. We encourage you to review a broker's privacy policy before providing any personal or financial information to them.
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may share contact-form information with a service provider strictly to operate the site (for example, an email or form-handling service), and referral data is shared with broker partners as described in section 2. We may also disclose information if required to by law.
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and resolve the inquiry, and standard server logs for a limited period for security purposes, after which they're deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course of business.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
